We want ordering from Treasure Trove to feel thoughtful and clear. Because many of our objects are sourced directly from makers, studios, and small manufacturers around the world, our order process works a little differently than large big-box retailers.

How Orders Are Processed
Many items at Treasure Trove ship directly from our partners and manufacturers. This allows us to work with a wide range of makers and offer objects that are carefully sourced, rather than mass warehoused.

Every order is reviewed before it is released to ensure accuracy and quality. Once orders are placed and sent for processing, they cannot be canceled.

Shipping times vary depending on the item and its point of origin.

Slower shipping is sometimes the tradeoff for thoughtful sourcing. We aim to be transparent so you know what to expect.
Tracking Your Order
Once an item ships, you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking details.
Because items may ship separately, you may receive more than one tracking update for a single order. Tracking links can take a few days to activate depending on the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that occasionally an item may not be the right fit.
Because most products ship directly from our partners, returns are typically sent back to the original manufacturer, not to Treasure Trove.

Final Sale Items
For health, safety, and sourcing reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Pantry and consumable goods

Digital products (including subscriptions and one-time purchases)

One of One editions, bespoke items, or made-to-order pieces

How to Start a Return

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect

Refunds are issued, once the manufacturer receives and inspects the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
